How to get a complete stranger to visit your blog immediately

I've spent this afternoon working on an AdWords campaign and reading up about a new AdWords tool that looks pretty good to me but having just taken a peak at my logs I spotted that yet again I got a visitor almost immediately after posting my last blog entry.

They were in Mexico as it happens (use statcounter.com to get free stats that show you where your visitors are from) and it reminded me that whenever you add a post, blogger includes your blog's name in the scrolling list of latest posts. If the headline is anygood, someone somewhere will click on your link and visit you.

So the key thing is your headline - as usual!
