The Dowser Niche Database

This is one powerful research tool that's just been launched. It's big - around half a gigabyte but once I'd installed and launched it I began to realise how powerful it is. Based round a core of 5 million keywords and phrases it helps you find keywords related to your niche that are profitable with AdSense and then, and this is where it gets clever, it helps you find free content of all types whether articles, photographs, downloads etc that relate to that niche. This lets you build a highly targeted site really fast.

It's early days yet with this product but it generated about 220 keywords for me relating to one niche I am active in so my initial reaction is highly favourable.
