AdSense consultancy

Late yesterday I got a phone call from someone about 8 hours East in time zones of where I live (UK) asking me some specific questions about AdSense. He's got a very interesting project on the go and was looking for some adsense consultancy to fund the launch and on-going costs of a new website.

I've felt for some time that one of the great benefits of AdSense is that it enables lots of useful websites to obtain funding which otherwise would simply not have been available which means they do get implemented and do start to provide a service to internet users worldwide.

He's sending me some more info about his project but from the sound of things, it will work very nicely. The issues we need to work through are

• how to place ads
• how to optimise them and, of course,
  
• how to ensure we get lots of traffic to his website in the first place

We've already generated loads of ideas about the last item and having running the AdSense Preview tool over his website I can tell that there is a wide range of potential advertisers who would like to target his audience.


I also received a review copy of a new book on AdSense courtesy of the author. I'll be discussing this book with my subscribers and hope to get a note out next week.
